SMS Privacy Policy

All Cabling Tech Corp and its D2 Group business units use SMS to send operational service notifications to customers and designated administrators who have agreed to receive them.

Information we collect

We collect the recipient's name, mobile number, company or customer relationship, service-ticket and membership context, consent record, and message delivery information necessary to provide these alerts.

How information is used

Mobile information is used only to deliver and administer D2 HVAC Solutions and D2 Smart Home service-ticket, technician, appointment, plan, and maintenance notifications. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, is not shared with, sold to, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies according to service-ticket activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
